To become a part of this annual tournament, get in contact with Takoda, and he will provide an application form.
Have a duo partner in mind that is already a part of the league, or is also willing to become a member, you must have a partner to be able to participate in the Summer Scramble.

Team Registration
To ensure a smooth registration process, we need the full name of each member of your team and your chosen team name on your member application form. Please note, once your duo is set, you're locked in indefinitely, meaning you have the same partner for life. This means you'll play with the same partner every year, unless someone quits and needs to be replaced.
