Annual Tournament
The first ever Sota SnowBirdies Summer Scramble is tentatively scheduled for June 2027. The location is still TBD. This will be posted on the website as soon as a location has been secured.
Sota SnowBirdies Summer Scramble
This tournament was established as a way to creating a lasting bond between a group of friends who are always looking for an excuse to spend time together, and hopefully meet many new great people along the way!
Event Summary
- The Tournament is a "Best Ball" or "Scramble" tournament
- 36 holes of golf will be played over 2 days, matching the highest scoring teams with each other on the final day
- Each team is comprised of 2 members
- Once a duo partner is chosen, that will remain your partner for years to come (choose wisely)
- The event is from Thursday afternoon until Sunday morning
- Thursday - Arrive and have the Ceremonial Dinner chosen by the previous years' champions. (Dress shirt + tie is the minimum dress)
- Friday - 18 holes will be played.
- Saturday - 18 more holes will be played in the championship round.
- Sunday - Everyone goes back to their boring lives and anticipates getting back together next year.
